GrahamJONES(Ex PMT Bus Driver) Peacefully passed away after a long illness on Wednesday 31st January 2018 at his home, Graham aged 77 Years of Talke. Beloved husband of Gwen, much loved dad of Michelle, Gaynor, Paula and Craig, also a treasured father in law, Poppa and daddad. Graham will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service and cremation to take place at Bradwell crematorium on Wednesday 28th February 2018 at 1.20pm.
